Tenlo en cuenta: debes deshojarla y colocarla en un recipiente con abundante agua, hacer este proceso por lo menos tres veces, para retirarla, debes sacarla con LAS MANOS hacia arriba y escurrirla en un colador, nunca debes hacerlo volcando todo el agua y la lechuga a un colador, porque de ese modo estas arrastrando todas las impurezas que se habían desprendido y quedaran nuevamente en tus hojas.
