Volviendo de vacaciones con todo el power, y con unos cuantos KILITOS de mas jeje (espero no ser la única), total lo comido y lo bailado no los quita nadie….. pero no nos preocupemos, podemos comer rico , sano y nutritivo sin pasar hambre,empezamos HOY ,no el LUNES jajaja
Que mejor que agregar Pescado a nuestra dieta, lo balanceamos con unas exquisitas verduras grilladas, lo podemos comer caliente o frio.
1) REINETA
ingredientes
- 4 filetes de Reineta u otro pescado blanco
- 2 yoghurt naturales
- 1 cebolla
- ½ limón
- 1 cuchadara de mostza
- Aceite de oliva cantidad necesaria
- 1 taza de perejil (ver mas, pincha la palabra)
- Sal-pimienta
preparación
- Colocar en un olla una taza de agua con la cebolla cortada groseramente,
- agregar aceite de oliva y sal, cocinar unos 10 minutos,
- luego añadir los filetes de reineta, cocerlos x 2 minutos, escurrirlos y colocarlos en una fuente.
- En un bol, mezclar los yogures naturales con la mostaza, el jugo de limón, el perejil picado fino, sal y pimienta, mezclar
- Agregar sobre los filetes de pescado, puedes comerlo tibio o frio
2) verduras a la parrilla
ingredientes
- ¼ taza de hierbas frescas picadas (perejil, tomillo, romero, oregano, albahaca)
- 1 berenjena chica
- 3 pimientos morrones (verde, rojo, amarillo)
- 2 zapallitos italianos
- 1 papa de hinojo
- 1 cda. De aceite de oliva
- Semillas de sesámo tostadas
preparación
- Colocar las hierbas, aceite y semillas de sesámo en un bol, dejar reposar lo más posible (1 a 3 horas)
- Cortar las berenjenas y zapallitos en rebanadas, los pimientos en cuartos, hinojo a lo largo.
- Agregar la mezcla de hierbas a las verduras y asarlas en un grill, sarten o parrilla eléctrica, cada verdura tiene un tiempo de cocción diferente, por lo que debes cuidar bien de ellas para que no se quemen
- Servir frias o tibias
