¿Que un SCONE?
Es un «pan» rápido, pues lleva polvos de hornear, pueden ser dulces o salados, generalmente son redondos, pero también los veras triangulares o cuadrados.
Son súper versátiles y me han sacado de grandes apuros cuando no tengo nada rico para la once, mis hijos son los mas felices jijji, aparte de los ingredientes que les menciono en la receta, pueden variarlos por tomates deshidratados con albahaca, jamón y un poco de queso parmesano, unos camarones al ajillo, en fin , aquí es hechar a volar la imaginación.
La gracia es hornearlos y comerlos recién salidos del horno, se mueren lo que es eso, una maravilla…lo único malo que no van a parar de comer jajaja
ingredientes
- 4 tazas harina
- 1 cda de polvos para hornear
- 1 cda miel
- ½ taza de margarina
- ½ taza de mantequilla
- 1 taza de leche tibia
- 2 cditas de sal
- 200 grs. De aceitunas negras
- 3 unidades de cebollin o 2 puerros
- 1 cda de aceite de oliva
- ¼ cdita pimienta
- ¼ cdita aji de color
preparación
- Mezclar la harina con los polvos,
- agregar la sal y la margarina y mantequilla en trozos, cernizcar formando migas,
- agregar la leche, mezclar dejar descansar la masa x 30 minutos.
- Picar los cebollines enteros o bien los puerros muy finamente, saltear en el aceite de oliva, agregar las aceitunas fileteadas y condimentar,
- enfriar y agregarlo a la masa.
- Uslerear la masa gruesa,
- cortar las piezas con un cortador redondo, formar los escones, como si de panes se tratase,
- llevar a placa previamente enmantecada y enharinada,
- colocarles dora (yema de huevo con un poco de leche), hornear a 170º x 15 minutos
