Ensalada de ZAPALLITOS ITALIANOS a la mostaza

¡Nuestro invitado especial, Zapallitos Italianos!!! convertiremos esta rica verdura en una maravillosa y fresca ensalada, cortada en crudo finamente, siiiií leíste bien “CRUDO”, solo basta lavarlo y a disfrutar de todos sus beneficios y nutrientes, ideal para acompañar una suprema a la plancha o un rico pescado a la pimienta.
Ya es tiempo de las ensaladas y aquí te dejo una muy rica y novedosa, además de baja en calorías.
Ingredientes
- 2 Zapallitos Italianos medianos
- 6 unidades choclitos enanos en conserva
- ½ pimentón rojo
- 1 yoghurt natural
- 4 cucharadas de mostaza
- sal – pimienta y aceite de oliva a gusto
Preparación
Lavar muy bien los zapallitos, cortarle los extremos, partir por la mitad y laminar muy finamente, cortar el pimentón en cubos pequeños y los choclitos en rodajas finas, juntar los ingredientes, realizar el aderezo juntando ¾ partes del yoghurt con la mostaza y los aliños, incorporar a los vegetales (reservar un poco para decorar), dejar reposar por 10 minutos antes de servir.
