CALZONES ROTOS (dulce típico chileno)

A quien no se le hace agua la boca el solo pensar en estas ricas masas, con una forma particular, fritas y con harta azúcar flor?
¿Porque esperar el invierno y que llueva mucho para hacerlos?
Recuerdo cuando era chica, mi mama siempre hacia, y en cantidades industriales, los ponía en una fuente de aluminio y harta azúcar flor encima, recién hechos y fritos eran exquisitos, pero debo reconocer que fríos y al otro día (si es que quedaban jijiji), eran maravillosos, mi colación preferida para llevar al colegio.
Tengo muy claro que no es para comerlos todos los días, por lo calórico y alto en grasa que son (por la fritura) y también porque nuestra casa queda pasada a “fritanga”, una solución es freírlos en el patio (cocinilla) y así los evitamos los olores.
Son un buen negocio, si los quieres para la venta, coloca 4 o 5 en un cartucho de papel y listo, a vender se ha dicho!!
Esta receta es muy rica, suave, tierna y una vez fríos aun siguen siendo irresistibles.
Ingredientes
- 1 kilo de harina
- 200 grs. Margarina ( de buena calidad, poco porcentaje de agua)
- 1 taza de azúcar flor
- 3 yemas
- 1 huevo
- 1 taza de leche tibia
- zeste ( Ralladura) de 1 naranja(puede ser de limón también)
- 1 cucharadita Colmada de polvos de hornear
- Aceite para freír
Preparación
1.-Cremar la margarina con el azúcar flor
2.- incorporar yemas y huevo uno a uno,
3.-agregar la leche, ralladura de naranja y por último la harina con los polvos,
4.-formar una masa lisa y suave (amasar), dejar descansar x 30 minutos a temperatura ambiente envuelta en papel film,
5.-estirar y cortar tiras para formar “los calzones rotos”,
6.-freír en abundante aceite y espolvorear azúcar flor
COMO DAR FORMA A LOS CALZONES ROTOS
Corten tiras de grosor medio (personalmente no me gustan gruesos), hagan un “tajo” con un cuchillo al centro de la tira, pasen una de las puntas por el tajo, hasta volver a la posición inicial (tira) se entiende???….hagan la mitad de la receta, salen muchooooosssss
