Como Congelar ALBAHACA: lava muy bien sus hojas , luego BLANQUEALAS, (sumergir x 15 segundos en agua hirviendo), sácalas con espumadera, traspásalas a un bol con agua fría, para cortar cocción, luego tómalas con la mano , sacúdelas ligeramente y colócalas sobre papel film con toda el agua que tenga, envuélvelas y al CONGELADOR, tendrás Albahaca VERDE todo el año…ideal para los porotos granados, pastelera etc. (productos que ya se encuentran todo el año en los super).
